Located in the heart of Birmingham, Ninevah is a church with traditional roots that is forever progressing to meet the needs of emerging generations. Our Pastor Will Goodman, III, has a heart for the growth of people. Ninevah has many ministries that reach the needs of people, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Place Of Haven
One of the major outreach ministries at Ninevah is Sweetie's Closet. Sweetie's Closet is a clothing closet for the less fortunate. There is a physical closet at the church as well as bi-annual give-a-way days where anyone can come and "shop."
Ninevah also partners with God's Army Christian church in feed the homeless in Lynn Park.
In the Word
The Word of God is central to everything we do at Ninevah. Through out the week there are many opportunities to join together for bible study, whether it is Sunday Mornings for Small groups and Traditional Sunday School, Sunday Morning worship featuring a full service Youth and Young Adults in spaces that are pertinent to each phase in life, to midweek bible studies.
